The following statements describe Pixels copyright/ownership policy. By reading this statement and having Pixels provide services to your and/or your company, you hereby agree to this policy.
Any information provided to Pixels remains the property of the customer, and you agree that this information can be used by Pixels in any way to provide services to you.
Any work that is done by Pixels not directly copied from information provided by the customer is copyright for Pixels, and remains the property of Pixels and can be changed or removed at any time. This includes any proofs provided for your approval, any design work, websites, logo designs, etc. However, once this work has been paid for in full, it then becomes the property of the customer.
Pixels will not use any copyrighted information that is not directly related to the business or individual that the service is being provided to, unless the customer has express written consent from the party whom the material belongs to.
